Independent
Monitoring & Evaluation
Services (Global IME)

The extra string to your Grant Proposal bow

M & E is a vital part of development work; with it, you justify the funding you receive and the existence of your NGO.

Without it, what are you really worth? You don’t know and you can’t prove you are worth the next funding round, the next grant, the next project.

An evaluation can help you understand

  • the needs of your target area
  • what your project could accomplish
  • how good your project implementation is
  • what your project's impact is
  • how good it was for the money spent

Setting up a monitoring and evaluation process can help you stay accountable - to your beneficiaries, to your donors, and to yourselves.

And independent 3rd party M & E (IME) is the gold standard – somebody else is proving that your work is both valuable and effective.

So why don’t you include IME in your project proposals? Why not offer it as part of the reason your NGO is different?

Offering IME will make donors and grant agencies view you differently – and you will win more grants.

Sometimes M & E is seen as taking money away from the work; sometimes people in NGO’s just don’t have the experience to put an M & E programme together.

But for whatever reason – if you don’t have IME in your proposals, you will be missing out on funding that you need for your work.

Let us help.

We integrate projects to provide solutions – and now we bring you IME that’s tailored for your projects and the work you do.

We have created a service package for NGO’s and funders called “Global IME” – we will provide you with effective Independent Monitoring & Evaluation for your projects – and give you free IME quotations for you to include in your grant proposals.

We offer 2 primary IME services:

1. Greenfields IME – where we work with you to create an IME Programme and costing for your new grant proposals; and

2. Reverse IME – this service can reverse engineer your project, do retrospective base-lining and control groups, and prepare an IME Report that you can use for continued (and Greenfield) funding proposals (so it’s not too late to add IME to your past or current  projects J)

Pricing
